This 2 hours pottery workshop is a hand building class. Contact Isil to to book! During this workshop you'll learn how to make a mug using slab rolling technique , where we’ll roll out a perfectly thick piece of clay and you’ll cut it, roll it into the sides of your mug, then attach the base. The clay which can be shaped around a mould to create the body of your mug. The last stage is to join the handle and smooth… I also have a variety of patterns you can press onto the clay giving a fantastic effect.A great suggestion is to bring along leaves or flowers you can impress.. Once finished, I’ll dry, glaze and fire your pieces, ready to pick up in around 2 to 3 weeks.
