The day will begin by exploring different genres of music looking at how music has influenced a number of renowned artists. We will be working large and small scale in paper, using a variety of mediums and tools. In the afternoon we will be using our experiments to produce a finished piece on canvas.

We will cover: mark-making to music, colour choices, line, shape and pattern, texture and layering.

Cost: £80 (all materials provided excluding canvas) I can provide 50×50 cm box canvas at an additional cost of £19.95.

What you will need: canvas or board no larger that 50×50 cm (if bringing your own), and a packed lunch. (refreshments are provided).
